Jim, I am an owner of a website that I bought the license from WOWBB and pay them to host it. My board is almost 4000 members now and its growing more everyday. I am having constant issues with wowbb techies. Can you move my board as it is?Can you host it ?Can I transfer everything,members,posts,pics etc if I go with you guys? Depends on if you want to buy a license and buy hosting or lease a hosted board. A UltraBB license id $99.00 if bought outright. Hosting will depend on what you need for file space/bandwidth. Most of our customers fit on a Standard hosting account but you might want the next one up if growth is happening. We also do custom accounts and dedicated servers if the need ever arises. Jim I`ll buy the ultra bb license and go with standard hosting at the moment.If it requires,we`ll go with more when needed.My biggest concern is that everything from the old wowbb board,gets put on the new ultra board.. Can we do this now or how long before we can convert?Payment is not an issue for me. |

We can all confirm that only one thing will get lost in the transfer -- all those spammer registrations. I've not had a single one since moving. regards, Martin. |

Best thing to do is go directly to Paypal or 2checkout (whichever one you used) and resolve it with them. Frankly there have been a lot of people who thought they canceled their accounts just by sending e-mails to wow and got billed again. Best to go to the source. I hope that didn't sound too negative.
