 I hate to be stiff about this, but lets see. You have one maybe 2 members that can't get in to two of your sites. They can get in to other sites on this server. We have completely reset all cookies. I checked your cpanel for IP deny lists, none. I checked for htaccess snafus, nothing.

I have no automated software on the server that blocks IP's, I don't believe in it.

There is no way it could be the server or the site. If you want to move because of this then I'll zip it up for you and hand it to you but there is nothing wrong.

Your friends computer is blocking the site at the browser, firewall or router level. That is the diagnosis. Happens all the time with the trusted site settings on both browsers. Don't let her "tech" work on your computer please.
