Why is it that Marty has a colour to his name that isn't listed? I see his name doesn't show up as a visitor today either. Just curious.

Ah, so one of the moderators has done this for him but I don't see the colour shown as to status. I mean I can see that you and I are paid up members and that others are moderators or whatever. If everyone chooses a different colour surely this must make for confusion surely.

Robert, the only Two that have access to the admin panel are Jim and Di, nobody else.

So I now know who does it but it is still confusing because we can normally see the status of the member we are replying to and know that it is no good referring to topics in the licensed members forum if we are talking to an ordinary member, for example.

Hi Bob, Only Admin can set the group colours and decide whether they are shown in the Legend. If you have some groups currently without any members, you may prefer not to have them listed in the Legend. You have some such unlisted empty groups/colours on your own board -- the user groups related to the YMR exhibition. Marty is assisting Jim with some research regarding AOL mail issues since he has an AOL account, therefore he is in a "special task force" group. His permission settings are the same as the settings for License Members with no moderating ability at all. I didn't check the box to show his own little group since he is only one person in that group. As for his "Ninja Moderator" title, that is something he came up with. I hope that has answered the questions for inquiring minds?

Robert, I have a long past with UltraBB and long long ago.... Jim and I were co-workers at WowBB... that is how I met Jim. At one point when UltraBB was born (as you can see by me being user #4!.. we won't talk about user #3 lol) I was a Super Moderator here as well as helping with the testing of things etc.... and changed my Title using the "Custom Title" feature.... to make it more fun and kind of show off that feature. I had to stop Moderating here, for personal reasons.... but remained in contact with Jim and Di along the way. Anyway when I came back earlier this year I never really paid attention to it, or the confusion it would cause. So I changed it now to "Ninja User"... Hope that clears things up! Marty

Hi Marty, It wasn't your user name that had me confused it is the colour of your name. Where your name is listed as either online or visited there is no corresponding colour in the title list showing who is what. It is my all time favorite. I have it on VHS, 2 of them on DVD, 1 Korean Blu-Ray (before released in the USA, and 1 USA Blu-Ray. I also have a Copy of the "Script"... he he. One day I will get a real prop!
