 Tracing from Opal/TalkTalk to Data 1 sites today seems to be swapping at random between Above.net and Level3.net to cross the pond.

But all sites are running fast, so it seems someone somewhere has changed some load-balancing settings.

Let's hope it lasts. :)

 Steve there was a Time Warner cable outage this morning, don't know if that had anything to do with your member.  One of our members from Ohio couldn't get into our site for a little time but all is well now.

 The TW outage affected our personal internet at home. When I attempted to log on to my account it didn't happen, their server was too busy probably with people checking things.
