Can a member do that here? I'm saying if for some crazy reason that person wanted to sell it or give it away to someone else.

We have no problem with it as long as we see a proof of transfer or purchase from the new owner, and as Jim said, so we could update the records for that particular license number.

I've indicated if someone was interested they'd have to send payment to my paypal account. What proof of purchase would you want to see? A screenshot of that log?

The new owner would also need to contact us with the original license number so we can verify the transfer of ownership.
