There is a big difference between banter and feedback. When the site was brought up, just the one word 'done' would have surficed. I still haven't been officially notified that my site is up or even that I have an account with UltraBB. Ah well, such is life.

Hi Simon, If you have a hosting account you should have received an email with all the account details, cPanel login, email setup, Client Area support login, etc. As far as I can remember it is sent out automatically by the Data 1 ordering system. Have you checked your spam filters? Are you sure you provided a valid email address? My experience is that many folks have an email address login on PayPal which is out of date and no longer valid. Jim and Di provide an excellent service. I'm sure there will be a good reason, and they will sort things out for you when the day starts in Ohio. regards, Martin.

Di According to our records, an email was sent out to you on Aug. 17 with complete details for your account, including a log in for the client area.
