Jim,its done for the licenses and for the intermediate hosting option monthly. I`ll check back in here now and then to get with ya on what I need to do to help ya get it moved. PS. what is the protocol to get rid of wowbb`s hosting service on my credit card account?

Best thing to do is go directly to Paypal or 2checkout (whichever one you used) and resolve it with them. Frankly there have been a lot of people who thought they canceled their accounts just by sending e-mails to wow and got billed again. Best to go to the source. I hope that didn't sound too negative. I'm working on your account now but when you get the e-mails a lot of the stuff on there is depending on DNS and I will be handling that for you. Just log in to private support and start a thread with all the details you have about your previous account when you get the mail. Jim

Jim,perhaps a dumb question,but I don`t remember giving them an email address? Is it the one that PayPal used to pay them? That account isn`t active as an email account anymore.
