Hi, there was a network outage today that affected all clients from 12:20 to about 1:45. We are working on a way to implement a backup network as a failsafe. We apologize for the downtime, our recent growth has brought to light a lot of things we need to move forward. I want to thank all the clients that have stuck with us during our "growing pains"

Cera could do with a bit more monitoring of their service, I noticed they where not down and they where only reporting a problem with Joomla, which through decency I can make no comment about.

Wouldnt go anywhere else EVEN if I was paid to do so... Y'all are FANTASTIC......... Glitches happen.. BUT... They do not happen much around here... These things can happen. A couple of hours downtime once in a blue moon is very little to worry about.

I actually discussed that with them and we will be having a meeting next week on adding some sensors. Turns out it wasn't my switch, but the Cera owned UPS it was attached to. It all boils down to growing pains, who would have thought I would have 14 servers in by now. Seems like every bit of money I make off the place has to go right back in to it, eventually I should have backups for the backups of the backup systems. Then I will feel safe. Cera has been very supportive but I don't think they saw it coming that we would grow like we have.
