 Sad to say, neither one can get in.  They both report being unable to access PI-I today either.

One got a timeout message saying the server took too long to respond.  She is using Firefox.

 No, both have tried today and can't log in.

Here's what one said and I am uploading the screen shot of her error message.

 I just tried twice, once from a link and once actually typing in the url.  Have been through everything possible,including having a technition remotely checkout everything on my computer. It is definitely not my dsl connection and all my settings are correct.  The only 2 sites I cannot get in to are pirc-bw and photoimpact International.  Am attaching a screen print of the message I receive.

 I hate to be stiff about this, but lets see. You have one maybe 2 members that can't get in to two of your sites. They can get in to other sites on this server. We have completely reset all cookies. I checked your cpanel for IP deny lists, none. I checked for htaccess snafus, nothing.

I have no automated software on the server that blocks IP's, I don't believe in it.

There is no way it could be the server or the site. If you want to move because of this then I'll zip it up for you and hand it to you but there is nothing wrong.

Your friends computer is blocking the site at the browser, firewall or router level. That is the diagnosis. Happens all the time with the trusted site settings on both browsers. Don't let her "tech" work on your computer please.

 They do load fast, but the problem apparently comes when it's time to log-in.  Once the user and password are entered, they get redirected to a page telling them to register.  It's more like their id's aren't being validated.  It doesn't happen when others try to log in as the user having trouble though.  So it has to be ISP or computer related....:?

 You have described two totally different symptoms. The log in/redirect is so different from the page can not be displayed problem. The log in/redirect thing is cookie or strange character in username. We covered cookie on pirc-bw. PM me with the usernames (or did you already?)and I'll check them.

The page cannot be displayed is totally different and can only be blocked at the users end.
