Remember the "domain registrations of america" or whatever it was reminding you to re register your domain at a price almost 4 times what you pay here? Well there is a new one, I get about 4 e-mails a day because of the amount of domains registered on Data 1. From: Domain Services <domservgjub@hotmail.com> Starts with: Attention: important notice And goes on to describe how to fax in the request to renew your domain name at $42 a year, or the "most recommended" being a 10 year at $295.00. Ignore it, your domain is safe here. It isn't a scam, it is simply expensive deception. The dishonest community is very large I am finding.

The sad thing is that they actually renew your domain for you, but their price is OUTRAGEOUS. Jerks....

I agree, I have hosted my own domain name for 2 years now, and they are trying to tell me that is I don't reneq it for another 2 years that I wont own it anymore.
