Anyone else had this : When Firefox starts it starts to download the latest update and then flashes off. It is then replaced with this message : "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again." Then it continues to load Firefox, which operates normally. Thuis happens each time I load Firefox and it started a couple of days ago. Needless to say I do not have two copies of Firefox running at the same time.

It's still happening this morning DI, along with an e-mail problem where I have been flooded with 80+ returned e-mail notifications from all over Spain to people I have never heard of and which I certainly didn't send. Last edited on Tue Dec 22nd, 2009 08:17 am by Robert |
