I'm finally getting around to posting my testimonial for Jim. I had been hosting my Ultra forum with Jim's Intermediate shared hosting plan for almost a year. The forum ran better than it had at any of the other many, many web hosting companies I've worked with previously. Then I decided to move my Wordpress site to Jim's servers as well. After the site had been running on one of Jim's shared servers for a while, Jim took a look at my traffic logs and recommended that I go to a dedicated server for both sites because they would run better and give room to grow. So he worked up a (very reasonable) price quote for me and we did the migration. Even though I've been through many migrations in the past, my gut always clenches because you just never know what can go wrong. But Jim coordinated with we to personally do the migration and made sure there was minimal down time. And he did this not once, not twice, but FOUR times: once for the migration of each site to shared servers and then, later on, for the migration of each site, one at a time, to the dedicated server. Just his being there provided a lot of comfort for a gut-wrenching procedure. Today, both sites are humming along, handling peak traffic loads flawlessly with very peppy response times. Take my word for it: host your website with Data1Systems, regardless of whether or not you run an Ultra board. I promise you'll be a happy camper.
