Well, you'll see one or two other testimonials from me in the past. But sometimes Jim & Di amaze even those of us who have become used to fantastic service. Two days before Christmas I discovered my two WordPress blogs were infected with the recent nasty virus. Panicking, I contacted Jim and asked what we could do. He immediately wiped both blogs, cleansing them, and replaced all the content with copies that were only 48 hours old. Problem fixed - all within 4 hours! A few days later, for reasons totally unrelated to Data 1, I was forced to wipe out my OS and reinstall. After doing that, I couldn't get e-mail to work. Contacted Jim. You guessed it - fixed within 2 hours. Keep in mind, all of this was during the holiday season. If you're not being hosted by Data 1, you're making a mistake. I've been dealing with computers (and servers) since the Altair 8800 in 1975. I've never been treated this well. Thanks you two...Happy 2010!

I AGREE 1000000000000000000000000000% THEY BOTH GO WAY WAY above and beyond what would normally be expected. I recommend Data 1 to EVERYONE who asks.
